Q: WHAT IS A SOUND WAVE ART PRINT?
A: This is a great question!
Sound Wave Art is made from taking any sound and converting it into a visual display of the volume and sound.
I take your audio, be it your own voice, a baby's heartbeat, your favorite song and convert it to your visual representation
at sound to make your custom piece. Every sound wave is completely unique!

Q: WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF MAKING MY CUSTOM PIECE?
A: Here is our Process!
1) Choose the listing that suits your need -
{single or multiple audio recording sound waves, add a photo, type of surface you wish to print, etc. }
2) Place your order. Upload personal audio and/or photo or fill in the song info in the order questions.
3) You can also send audio or photo to us via email: rindlewaves@gmail.com.
Choose from my color scheme options, or opt for a custom colors look! Also add in lettering options and font of your choice.
Based on this info, I get started on making your custom sound wave & produce you proofs. Proofs are emailed out to you to view.
4) Together we confirm the sound wave design. ***Proofs can go back & forth between us until you are 100% satisfied with the look!
5) Once we finalize - I format your custom print & start the printing process (1-4 day process) or digital download delivery (24-48 hour process).

1) Giclée Paper Prints
My fine art archival quality paper prints are printed on custom paper with pigment based giclée inks.
Your custom Sound Wave Art has a breathtaking elegant finish with this option.
2) Rolled Canvas
Printed on genuine artist-grade canvas with UV protection & archival inks.
My Rolled Canvas prints give your Custom Print a beautiful finish without the wrap of a stretched canvas.
You frame & enjoy just as you would a traditional paper print.
3) Canvas Gallery Wraps
Genuine Artist Canvas with 1-1/4" depth, archival giclée inks, UV protection, durable construction
with tight corners. These come ready to hang!
4) Wooden Prints
Genuine birch wood prints. The Ink is imbedded into the wood serfice providing a beautifl look and smooth finish.
Comes ready to hang and enjoy for years to come.
5) Metal Prints
Our metal prints are a lovely opition. Smooth and sleak. Enjoy 6 look options.

Q: DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?
A: Most Definitely!!!
rrindle Waves does offer professional framing of our prints.
Our Giclee Paper prints, Rolled Canvas prints can be framed in modern styling.
This Canvas has a small lip over the canvas, stands off the wall about 1.5 inches - smooth and bold.
Colors - (Black and Walnut - a dark brown).
Our Stretched Canvas options can be framed for you with a modern floater style frame. The Canvas is recessed with a space
between the canvas and the frame - as the floater style adds the special detail. Stands off the wall 1.5 inches.
Smooth and Bold. Colors - (Black, White and Silver and Gold).
With exception of my stretched Canvas prints - which come with finished backs with and hanging hardware ,
all other prints ordered will require framing by you, once received.
This leaves the options open for you in regards to color and styling you want. I have my customers interest in mind
and want to have options always open for you!

Q: WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
A: Here is my working timeline!
Once I receive your audio and order info via email I have a 2-3 day window to make you your proofs.
My goal is always 24 hour turn around once ordered.
Proof process will go back & fourth. Once we finalize the look of your custom print -
digital downloads are sent to you within 24-48 hours after we finalize look and design.
Tracking numbers are always provided.
Note - Holiday season can cause an increase in productio time by 3 days.
ORDERS WITHIN THE USA-
Mail out to you 1-4 days once your proof has been finalized.
UPS Ground, FedEx, USPS
ORDERS TO CANADA-
Mail out to you 1-4 days once your proof has been finalized.
UPS Ground to the Canadian Postal service where it receives a Canadian Tracking Number (up to 15 days delivery after shipped)
FedEx, USPS - international
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -
Mail out approximately 1-4 days after the proof has been finalized.
Ships via USPS (up to 30 days for international shipping due to customs delays )
Buyer is responsible for all customs charges.
Expedited shipping options are also offered!

Q: HOW OFTEN ARE WE IN CONTACT AFTER PURCHASE?
A: This is a great question!
Initially I am back & forth with you a lot.
The poof making & approval phase can be tedious with lots of changes & such made to your print until it's perfect!
Once approved, printing starts the first business day. This phase can take up to 1-4 days!
In case of reprint needed. This also allows for adequate drying time before shipment.
I want it perfect for you!
Once complete & shipped, I will send out a email to you with a tracking number included.
That's that!
Depending on urgency and need, I also keep a close eye on tracking of orders - especially when I know there is a deadline for receiving it!
I have no control over the mail speed but am confident for national orders a 3-5 day shipping time is standard.

Q: HOW DO YOU HANDLE RETURNS, EXHANGES AND CREDITS?
A: Unfortunately custom & personalized orders are not eligible for refund or exchange - This is due to the nature of my work.
But I am ALWAYS willing to work with my buyers to assure you get exactly what you envision, want, & deserve as a valued customer!
***Depending on problem or issue I will certainly provide refund for what I feel is valid. My intention is to always provided the best product & best service but like all things, nothing is fool proof of all mistakes or errors, so will happily remedy any issue requiring such action!
