Terms and Conditions, Policies

Please review our policies, as your satisfaction is very important to me!  

Placing orders and getting your print to you timely.
Fast and fabulous service is always mour goal, but also a beautiful creation!

Orders are only started once received.  The order falls into our queue and is worked on in the order it is received.  If ordered without proofs - we will make and move to production more quickly.

If ordered with Proofs - to provide adequate time for each order, all of which are custom, we aim for 2-3 proof changes if needed.  If requiring more than 3 proof changes or alterations, we will direct you to a listing to purchase additional edits.  Our goal and our standard is to get it perfect for you.  

Shipping & Packaging Info
PACKAGING 
Paper Prints - ship in a plastic sleeve and flat.
Rolled Canvas Prints - ship in a plastic sleeve and rolled via a tube.
Stretched Canvases and all Framed Orders - ship in a plastic sleeve and in a tough cardboard box.

SHIPPING  -  COVID 19 UPDATES CAN BE SEEN HERE
Tracking numbers are always provided.

ORDERS WITHIN THE USA-
Mail out to you 1-4 days once your proof has been finalized.
UPS Ground (3-5 day standard)

ORDERS TO CANADA-
Mail out to you 3-5 days once your proof has been finalized.
UPS Ground to the Canadian Postal service where it receives a Canadian Tracking Number (up to 15 days delivery after shipped)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -
Mail out approximately 7-10 days after the proof has been finalized.
Ships via USPS (up to 30 days for international shipping due to customs)
Buyer is responsible for all customs charges. 

Expedited shipping options are offered at checkout!
1) UPS 2 Day Air
2) UPS Overnight Shipping

Once your order ships, I am no longer in control of the order - as it is in the hands of the UPS/USPS.  Thank you for understanding!

Prints Arriving Damaged
In the nature of all shipments - damages can happen unfortunately!  Please email me at support@rindlewaves.com photos of the damaged product upon its arrival to you.  And I will handle a replacement print.  

Returns & Exchanges & Credits
Unfortunately custom & personalized orders are not eligible for refund or exchange

This is due to the nature of our work.

Once proofs are sent to buyers - refunds can only be partial /// This is due to the time taken to make the custom proofs, the proof is essentially a digital download.  

But we are ALWAYS willing to work with my buyers to assure you get exactly what you envision, want, & deserve as a valued customer!  This is mainly through my proof process - in which we confirm every detail before I print and ship out.  

***Depending on problem or issue we will certainly provide refund for what we find is valid. Our intention is to always provided the best product & best service, but like all things - nothing is fool proof of all mistakes or errors, so we will happily remedy any issue requiring such action!
