Once you place your order, please let me know colors, designs you have in mind, aesthetic you envision, etc to me via email email@example.com as soon as possible so I may start your proof process. This assures I can start your order timely - thus you get your order quickly!
Shipping & Packaging Info
Paper Prints - ship in a plastic sleeve and flat.
Rolled Canvas Prints - ship in a plastic sleeve and rolled via a tube.
Stretched Canvases and all Framed Orders - ship in a plastic sleeve and in a tough cardboard box.
Tracking numbers are always provided.
ORDERS WITHIN THE USA-
Mail out to you 1-4 days once your proof has been finalized.
UPS Ground (3-5 day standard)
ORDERS TO CANADA-
Mail out to you 3-5 days once your proof has been finalized.
UPS Ground to the Canadian Postal service where it receives a Canadian Tracking Number (up to 15 days delivery after shipped)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -
Mail out approximately 7-10 days after the proof has been finalized.
Ships via USPS (up to 30 days for international shipping due to customs)
Buyer is responsible for all customs charges.

Once your order ships, I am no longer in control of the order - as it is in the hands of the UPS/USPS. Thank you for understanding!
Prints Arriving Damaged
In the nature of all shipments - damages can happen unfortunately! Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org photos of the damaged product upon its arrival to you. And I will handle a replacement print.
Returns & Exchanges & Credits
Unfortunately custom & personalized orders are not eligible for refund or exchange -
This is due to the nature of my work.
But I am ALWAYS willing to work with my buyers to assure you get exactly what you envision, want, & deserve as a valued customer! This is mainly through my proof process - in which we confirm every detail before I print and ship out.
***Depending on problem or issue I will certainly provide refund for what I feel is valid. My intention is to always provided the best product & best service, but like all things - nothing is fool proof of all mistakes or errors, so will happily remedy any issue requiring such action!
